Good to know:
Water and electricity are included for normal use. We kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is in use, and to switch off the air conditioning, lights and fans when leaving the apartment.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
For stays of 10 nights or more, one mandatory mid-stay cleaning with fresh bed linen and towels is required at an additional cost of US$75.
A refundable security deposit of US$300 is required and will be pre-authorized on the guest’s payment card before arrival. The deposit will be released after check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition, the house rules have been followed, and water and electricity usage has remained within normal use.
Please provide a valid mobile phone number with WhatsApp when booking. Approximately one day before arrival, EVER Stays and/or Indigo Palm local property management will contact you via WhatsApp with practical arrival and check-in information.
